I don’t remember every little thing about the delivery, but I do remember being relieved when I opened the Ollie box. Everything was still nice and cold, and there weren’t any leaks or busted packs, which was the main thing I was worried about. It was easy to unpack too. Overall, it showed up just how I hoped it would.

The service was fine and everything was packaged okay, but the meals themselves didn’t seem very fresh. They had a weird smell and looked like they’d been sitting around for a while.

I’ve had so many past experiences where my dog would sniff a new food, look at me like I’d offended him, and walk away. So I didn’t expect much with Ollie, but he went straight for the beef recipe and actually cleaned the bowl. I was surprised.
He’s not quite as excited about the chicken, so we mostly stick with the beef now. Delivery has been smooth so far, and I’m just relieved I don’t have to stand there trying to convince him to eat anymore.

The food itself seemed good and my dog liked some of it, but trying to change the recipes for my picky pup was way more limited than I expected. I reached out to support hoping they could help, and it kind of felt like they were blaming me for not choosing the right options instead of making it easier to adjust things. I just wish the meals were more flexible.

I don’t have the patience to overanalyze dog food forever, but the ingredients look solid and my pup seems to have way more energy since switching to this. Good enough for me.

Okay, I have to give credit where it’s due, my Ollie order got here way quicker than I thought it would. Like, a couple days early, which never seems to happen with deliveries anymore. The box wasn’t beat up, everything was still cold, and I didn’t have to deal with any shipping nonsense. No missing updates, no weird delays, no drama. Just showed up and was good to go. Why can’t all deliveries be this easy?

I tried Ollie because my dog had started putting on a little extra weight, and I figured having the portions already planned out might help. He actually liked the food, which made it easier, and the feeding instructions were simple to follow.

After a couple months, he did lose some weight, just not as much as I was hoping for. Based on my experience, I can see how this kind of fresh, portioned food could help some dogs with weight management, but I don’t think it’s automatically a perfect fix for every dog.

The biggest downside for me was the price, because it adds up quickly. Overall, it helped a bit and I might still use it here and there, but probably not as an every-week thing for us

I asked for a refund after my order got messed up, and wow, it turned into way more of a headache than I expected!! I figured it would be straightforward, but support kept sending these super short replies that didn’t really answer what I was asking.
They told me it was “being reviewed,” and then I heard nothing for days. I ended up having to follow up over and over, only to get what felt like the same copy-and-paste response every time.
I still don’t have a clear refund date, and it feels like they’re just hoping I’ll stop asking. Super frustrating experience, and I don’t see myself ordering from Ollie again...

I was a little unsure at first, but after a few weeks of trying ollie, I’m so relieved I did. My dog isn’t scratching nearly as much anymore, and his coat feels so much softer. It’s been really nice to see him looking and seeming more comfortable.

I just thaw it out and serve it, which is convenient. Feeding time has been a lot easier with this.

I was hoping this would be better, it just didn’t really live up to what I expected. It’s not terrible, but it could use a lot of improvement.

My dog did seem healthier after using it, so I’ll give them that. But the delivery was a mess, and when I reached out to support, they didn’t really seem to care. It just ended up being wayyy more stressful than it was worth.

The packs took up way more freezer space than I expected, and I had to rearrange a bunch of my own groceries just to make room, which felt a little inconsiderate for something meant to be convenient.

Once they’re thawed, the containers get kind of awkward in the fridge too. They don’t stack well, and for a small apartment kitchen, that matters. I really wish they came in smaller portions or better packaging. Not terrible, but it feels wasteful and a bit careless to design it this way for people with limited space...

Right away, I noticed the meals were portioned just right for my dog’s size. It took the guesswork out of feeding, which has been such a relief.

I really wanted this to work out, but the quality was all over the place. A couple packs looked fine and fresh, but then others were watery and had this weird smell as soon as I opened them.
My dog ate it at first, then after a few days he just wouldnt touch it, which is not like him at all. For the price, I expected a lot better. Maybe I got a bad batch, but I wont be ordering it again.

My dog eats Ollie with no problem and I do like that it feels like real food, so that part is great. I just wish the ingredient info was easier to follow, like where things are sourced from and a little more detail about what’s actually in each recipe. It’s not bad at all, especially since my dog likes it... but for the price I kinda want more transparency. Still using it for now, just not 100% sold yet

My dog does eat it, so that’s a plus 🙂 But the texture can be a little hit or miss. Some packs are fine, while others come out kind of mushy and sticky, which isn’t my favorite to deal with. Overall it’s not bad, I just wish it was more consistent

My dog has always been super picky with food, and in the past I’ve tried a bunch of different brands that he barely touched. With Ollie, he doesn’t exactly inhale it, but he does eat some of it, which is a win for us.

I paused my plan first, then ended up canceling it later, and honestly... it was all hassle-free
